new linux-kernel owner

Since David is out at SGI and doesn't have the time to be
owner-linux-kernel, I am taking over as the list admin. A lot of
bounce messages (10 per minute and faster) have been hitting my
mailbox since the list hasn't had bounces trimmed in a while. Thus, I
think it is high time that I switch to BPMFH (Bastard Postmaster From
Hell) mode.
"Ah! Another bounce message from <insert name>."
