So?

I'm just saying that if .config is nonexistent, it doesn't make sense
to say that CONFIG_FLOPPY is a (NEW) driver. But, if something is
*not* in defconfig, I agree, it makes sense for the (NEW) to
be printed.

I'll work on this modification, eventually.
