exporting proc_register_dynamic

Hello Linus and linuxers.

I find the /proc filesystem a great thing, and I'd like to be able
to register /proc nodes from within a module.

/proc is an interesting resource to allow peeking at a module internals,
particularly useful during the debugging phase.

Unfortunately, two symbols need to be exported for this to work.
Can this silly patch fall in before 2.0 is out?

Cheers
/alessandro
