POP3 and 1.3.99 - HELP!!!!

Well, what did I do wrong, I upgraded to 5.3.12 to get rid of the pesky
flock messages, and also upgraded to 1.3.99.

But now I cannot get pop3 messages to deliver.

Anyone have any help. It worked in 1.3.94, but not now.!!!
