G'day.

I would suggest that you get the 3.5BETA3 source from gated@gated.merit.edu
and then undefine SCM_RIGHTS in include.h immediately after the
#include <socket.h>.

This is a short-term, "brute-force" solution but it does give you a working
gated until we work out something better for the gated 3.6 source.
