1.3.91 produce ide Problems

Since 1.3.89, also with 1.3.91
i get messages like

hda: read_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
hda: read_intr: error=0x04 { DriveStatusError }
hda: read_intr: status=0x50 { DriveReady SeekComplete }
hda: status timeout: status=0x80 { Busy }
hda: drive not ready for command
with a simple cp -r copying files from one hda partion to another one.
With 1.3.89 i got also a corrupted Filesystem and Messages like
EXT2-fs error (device 07:01): ext2_find_entry: bad entry in directory #13: rec_
len is smaller than minimal - offset=0, inode=0, rec_len=0, name_len=0
I have no md configured for the kernel.
Till Kernel 1.3.85 no problems with the filessystem.
