Okey, it's not the loopback bug...
Then what is the problem? I run an ircd on my machine, and I can't
connect to it from my machine, but ppl can connect from all over the
world. I heard that it was introduced in 1.3.64. It still needs to be fixed.

I run 1.3.70. Works perfectly for me apart from this problem, btw.
