Who wrote sr_ioctl?

I'd like to talk to whoever wrote sr_ioctl.
This file is unchararacteristic for its total lack of any header comments.

I've done about a third of the work to write a man page for it (this hasn't
been done already, has it?), and I'd like to know if someone could proofread
my work.

Also, I think there are a few ioctl commands missing that I'd like to get
added (like READ VOLUME), and I haven't a clue what they should be named.
(I might be able to crosscheck this with Solaris 2, I suppose).
