those..

- RST frames should be ok again
Most of the patch is the aic7xxx stuff, but the buggy RST fix certainly
warrants an upgrade. Happy hacking, and _please_ do test these new kernels out.
The only way I can fix bugs is by having people report them to me (you can
always assume that I don't see the problems, or I'd have fixed it already..)
