No problems to report once I got past the Makefile difficulties
/proc is fine but then there is no SCSI on this machine. I'm
about to reboot just to try 1.3.21, and ruin the uptime. (If
only kernel upgrades could be applied while still running...)
I use this machine all day M-F for work with X (local and remote),
NFS (mostly client), FTP (mostly client), and large Perl scripts.
I also see speed of FTP over Ethernet at about 610 KB/sec, vs. about
500KB/sec early in the 1.3 series, on a $33 NE2000. I'd guess this is
due to "CONFIG_SKB_LARGE=y".
