1.3.20 fixes reboot problem

Hello all,

I just want to confirm, that 1.3.20 fixes the strace reboot problem
for me. So it was not a fault of gcc-2.7.0, as some people suggested
to me (my 1.3.20 is still compiled with -O6 -fexpensive-optimizations
and survived 2 hours of crashme).
