Error generated on 1.3.17

To any body interested,

I came into work this morning, and found my Linux system (which I leave on
all the time) had an error. It was logged off, and, as far as I know, only the
background processes were running. The only one out of the ordinary is the NCSA
httpd. The error message was:

I rebooted, and everything seems to be working okay. If this helps anybody out
there debug the kernel, great. If not, well, that's okay too.
