1.3.17 and X11

Now is the following reproduceable:
X11 can be loaded only once. It can be regulary shutdown by exiting the
window manager.

At the second time the console hangs with

TRANS(SocketUNIXConnect) () can't connect: errno = 111 giving up
xinit: connection refused .....errno 111
