Netrom and ax25 won't compile properly in linux 1.3.17 because
af_ax25.c and af_netrom.c need

#include <linux/proc_fs.h>

There's something else wrong in netrom, but I'm too tired right now.
More tomorrow (unless it's already fixed by then ;)
