Kernel 1.3.16

I would like to report this since the person it happened to cant. One
of the people I know upgraded to 1.3.16 and had is filesystem corrupted,
directories disappeared and /usr became a file. He was using 5.2.5 and
basically a complete ELF system. I dont know if the keren was compiled in
ELF, as as I was talking to him things start to disappear and he soon
crashed hard. The only system stuff he changed was the kernel that day.
He was running in x-windows, I think but not sure. Sorry about the lack of
solid information, but I thought this was important and relaly cant get the
info until he gets back online.
