Linux Scheduling Behavior Under 1.3.13-- Sweet!

Something really nice happened with that scheduler update (in 1.3.12?). My
DX2/66 20M ram, which used to get *really* sluggish when the load went up
to 3 or so, was very responsive when the load settled around 8 or so
(doing things like make -j 15 to build programs...).
I have not tried to push it much harder (I'd like to find a good benchmark
program to compare instead of just compiling something with different make
switches.) but if it can get much better than this, it has got to be
illegal. :)
