If you look again, you'll find that most of the numbers are +/- 1.5%
or less. I don't think it requires a great leap of faith to grasp what
I was trying to say. The 59.77% you sight is thethe exception, not the
rule.
The big problem is that a lot of the time are no kernel changes that
would effect whats being timed -- so we have to figure that those +/-
1.5% are just error margins of the tests and are in no way
significant.
