[PATCH] s390/dasd: Use IS_ERR_OR_NULL() to simplify code

[Liao Yuanhong]

Use IS_ERR_OR_NULL() instead of the original !xxx || IS_ERR(xxx) logic.
This will simplify the code and enhance readability.
