[PATCH v1 3/5] dt-bindings: misc: Move amd,sbrmi.yaml from hwmon to misc

- AMD SB-RMI patches are moved from drivers/hwmon to
  drivers/misc to support additional functionality.
  Move the related bindings documentation files to misc.
