[PATCH v2 10/18] usb: vhci-hcd: Simplify NULL comparison

Use the shorter variants as suggested by checkpatch.pl:

  CHECK: Comparison to NULL could be written "!c"
  CHECK: Comparison to NULL could be written "!vhcis"
