[PATCH] rust: list: remove nonexistent generic parameter in link

[Miguel Ojeda]

`ListLinks` does not take a `T` generic parameter, unlike
`ListLinksSelfPtr`.

Thus fix it, which makes it also consistent with the rest of the links
in the file.
