[PATCH] dt-bindings: phy: Convert hisilicon,hix5hd2-sata-phy to DT schema

[Rob Herring (Arm)]

Convert the HiSilicon HIX5HD2 SATA PHY binding to DT schema format. It's
a straight forward conversion.
