I am getting no errors at all by:

make dt_binding_check DT_SCHEMA_FILES=Documentation/devicetree/bindings/iio/adc
make dt_binding_check DT_SCHEMA_FILES=Documentation/devicetree/bindings/iio/adc/adi,ad7606.yaml
