[PATCH v3 4/4] AsoC: intel: atom: Return -ENOMEM if pcim_iomap() fails

The error checks for pcim_iomap() have the function return -EINVAL.
-ENOMEM is a more appropriate error code.
Replace -EINVAL with -ENOMEM.
