[PATCH 10/11] MAINTAINERS: Add co-maintainer for maple tree

[Peng Zhang]

Add myself as co-maintainer for maple tree. I would like to assist
Liam R. Howlett in maintaining maple tree. I will continue to contribute
to the development of maple tree in the future.
