[PATCH net-next] dt-bindings: net: qca,ar803x: add missing unevaluatedProperties for each regulator

Each regulator node, which references common regulator.yaml schema,
should disallow additional or unevaluated properties.  Otherwise
mistakes in properties will go unnoticed.
