Oh that is great, I'll drop the vhost-vsock-pci device then. I thought
adding it fixed the error I was getting when trying to use
VMADDR_CID_LOCAL, but it must have just been adding
CONFIG_VSOCKETS_LOOPBACK that fixed it.
