 Can you please make it:

	if (IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_MIPS_FP_SUPPORT) && 
	    dec_interrupt[DEC_IRQ_FPU] >= 0 && cpu_has_fpu) {

so as not to add more #ifdef's where avoidable?
