[PATCH kcsan 02/29] kcsan: Remove redundant zero-initialization of globals

From: Paul E. McKenney
Date: Tue Dec 14 2021 - 17:04:57 EST

From: Marco Elver <elver@xxxxxxxxxx>

They are implicitly zero-initialized, remove explicit initialization.
It keeps the upcoming additions to kcsan_ctx consistent with the rest.

No functional change intended.
