[PATCH] testing/bpf: Update test names for xchg and cmpxchg

[Paul E. McKenney]

The test_cmpxchg() and test_xchg() functions say "test_run add".
Therefore, make them say "test_run cmpxchg" and "test_run xchg",
respectively.
