[PATCH 3/6] iio: imx8qxp-adc: Add the detail for NXP i.MX8QuadXPlus ADC driver

The NXP i.MX 8QuadXPlus SOC has a new ADC IP, so add the detail for NXP
i.MX8QuadXPlus ADC driver which includes: probe/remove/pm_ops/iio_dev.
