[PATCH v12 3/5] arm64: hyperv: Initialize hypervisor on boot

From: Michael Kelley
Date: Wed Aug 04 2021 - 11:53:29 EST

Add ARM64-specific code to initialize the Hyper-V
hypervisor when booting as a guest VM.

This code is built only when CONFIG_HYPERV is enabled.
