Sure, let's just go with PHYS_RAM_BASE. I was reluctant to add yet
another constant at first but having to derive it in runtime led to
overly complicated calculations which could not be compile time
optimized, so here it came.

On a high level, all the RW sections are copied to RAM but while the
MMU is not enabled, we are dealing with the addresses in the NOR flash
all the way. To read and modify the RAM versions of variables we do
this XIP_FIXUP thing.
