[PATCH net-next] net: ixp4xx_eth: Use DEFINE_SPINLOCK() for spinlock

[Zheng Yongjun]

spinlock can be initialized automatically with DEFINE_SPINLOCK()
rather than explicitly calling spin_lock_init().
