[PATCH v1 0/3] gpio: gpio-hisi: Add HiSilicon GPIO support

This series is the GPIO driver for HiSilicon's ARM SoC.
It provide patches for device driver, MAINTAINER file, and enable gpio-hisi
at defconfig.
