linux-next: manual merge of the akpm tree with the bpf-next tree

Hi all,

Today's linux-next merge of the akpm tree got a conflict in:

fs/eventpoll.c

between commits:

7fd3253a7de6 ("net: Introduce preferred busy-polling")
7c951cafc0cb ("net: Add SO_BUSY_POLL_BUDGET socket option")

from the bpf-next tree and commit:

cc2687004c9d ("epoll: simplify and optimize busy loop logic")

from the akpm tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary. This
is now fixed as far as linux-next is concerned, but any non trivial
conflicts should be mentioned to your upstream maintainer when your tree
is submitted for merging. You may also want to consider cooperating
with the maintainer of the conflicting tree to minimise any particularly
complex conflicts.
