[PATCH v39 14/24] x86/sgx: Add SGX_IOC_ENCLAVE_INIT

From: Jarkko Sakkinen
Date: Sat Oct 03 2020 - 00:51:58 EST

Add an ioctl that performs ENCLS[EINIT], which locks down the measurement
and initializes the enclave for entrance. After this, new pages can no
longer be added.
