[PATCH v2 03/11] ia64: switch to kernel_clone()

From: Christian Brauner
Date: Wed Aug 19 2020 - 06:50:32 EST

The old _do_fork() helper is removed in favor of the new kernel_clone() helper.
The latter adheres to naming conventions for kernel internal syscall helpers.
