[Linux-kernel-mentees] [PATCH v2] infiniband: Prevent uninit-value in ucma_accept()

ucma_accept() is reading uninitialized memory when `in_len` is
less than `offsetof(struct rdma_ucm_accept, ece)`. Fix it.
