[PATCH 57/91] perf evsel: Rename *perf_evsel__*name() to *evsel__*name()

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo
Date: Wed May 06 2020 - 11:26:15 EST

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@xxxxxxxxxx>

As they are 'struct evsel' methods or related routines, not part of
tools/lib/perf/, aka libperf, to whom the perf_ prefix belongs.
