[PATCH v3 0/2] KVM: VMX: cleanup VMXON region allocation

Minor cleanup with no functional change (intended):
- Rename 'kvm_area' to 'vmxon_region'
- Simplify setting revision_id for VMXON region when eVMCS is in use
