[PATCH] cpufreq: remove redundant assignment to ret

From: Colin King
Date: Tue Aug 13 2019 - 08:21:25 EST

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Variable ret is initialized to a value that is never read and it is
re-assigned later. The initialization is redundant and can be removed.

Addresses-Coverity: ("Unused value")
