[PATCH 2/2] checkpatch: Improve SPDX license checking

[Joe Perches]

Use perl's m@<match>@ match and not /<match>/ comparisons to avoid
an error using c90's // comment style.

Miscellanea:

o Use normal tab indentation and alignment
