[PATCH] misc: fsa9480: Delete this driver

From: Linus Walleij
Date: Sun Jun 30 2019 - 10:05:21 EST

The FSA9480 has a new driver more appropriately located
in the drivers/extcon subsystem. It is also more complete
and includes device tree support. Delete the old misc
driver.
