[PATCH 03/20] scsi: lpfc: lpfc_nvme: drop useless LIST_HEAD

From: Julia Lawall
Date: Sun Dec 23 2018 - 04:36:03 EST

Drop LIST_HEAD where the variable it declares is never used.

These were introduced with the file, but were not even used
at that time.

The semantic patch that fixes this problem is as follows:
(http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)

// <smpl>
@@
identifier x;
@@
- LIST_HEAD(x);
... when != x
// </smpl>

Fixes: 01649561a8b4b ("scsi: lpfc: NVME Initiator: bind to nvme_fc api")
