[PATCH 4.14 042/104] x86/cpu/AMD: Remove the pointless detect_ht() call

From: Greg Kroah-Hartman
Date: Tue Aug 14 2018 - 13:35:26 EST

4.14-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

From: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

commit 44ca36de56d1bf196dca2eb67cd753a46961ffe6 upstream

Real 32bit AMD CPUs do not have SMT and the only value of the call was to
reach the magic printout which got removed.
