The MPEG2 fashion of this control is called
V4L2_CID_MPEG_VIDEO_MPEG2_SLICE_HEADER and it would be good to have
consistency between both.

I think having a _SLICE_PARAMS suffix for both (instead of _SLICE_HEADER
for MPEG2 and _SLICE_PARAM for H264) would make the most sense.
