[PATCH 3/5] PCP/AER: Add sysfs attributes to provide breakdown of AERs

Add sysfs attributes to provide breakdown of the AERs seen,
into different type of correctable or uncorrectable errors:

dev_breakdown_correctable
dev_breakdown_uncorrectable
