[PATCH 2/3] rtc: tps65910: allow platform power up

From: Alexandre Belloni
Date: Thu May 17 2018 - 15:30:01 EST

Currently, the IRQs are disabled when the rtc driver is removed (e.g. when
shutting down the platform).
This means that the RTC will be unable to power up the platform.
