[PATCH 08/14] perf: Use lockdep to assert IRQs are disabled/enabled

From: Frederic Weisbecker
Date: Thu Oct 19 2017 - 20:58:04 EST

Use lockdep to check that IRQs are enabled or disabled as expected. This
way the sanity check only shows overhead when concurrency correctness
debug code is enabled.
